"The room has a door to the outside and a little terrace with table and chairs. The view is amazing. The problem with the place is that the location is so far from Yeosu. I wouldn't recommend this for someone without a car. A taxi is a little hard to obtain and costs about 10000w. The buses are infrequent one to two hourly and the last bus comes back around 9pm. "가격이 저렴하여 별 기대없이 들렸는데 대 만족입니다. 일단 위치도 괜찮았고 방이 넓고 침대도 아늑하고 냉장고, 전자레인지,가스레인지,전기주전자 등 주방시설 거의 비치되어 있었고요. 간이탁자 있어서 차 한잔 하기 좋았답니다. 화장실도 깨끗하며 비데까지 설치되여 있었어요. 일회용 칫솔,치약, 드라이기도 준비되어 있답니다. 여수에 다시 여행 간다면 또 예약할것 같아요 ~ㅎㅎ"

"방음이 너무 안되서 잠을 거의 못잤습니다. 윗층에서 계속 아이들 쿵쾅거리며 뛰어다니는 소리가 들렸구요. 객실 안에 프런트와 직통으로 연결되는 전화가 없습니다. 휴대폰으로 프런트에 전화해서 직원이 바로 전달하겠다곤 했지만 이후에도 크게 해결되진 않았습니다. 리조트 안에 있는 BHC 매장 사장님은 왜 그렇게 화가 나신 모습인지 모르겠지만 무척 불친절 하구요. 객실 안에 안내 책자도 하나 없고 시설에 안내판도 제대로 없고 리조트 안에 어떤 시설이 있는지 찾기가 어렵습니다. 알아서 공부하고 오라는건지..물어보고 싶어도 직원 찾기도 쉽지않네요. 아이들 데리고 가기에 좋다고 해서 왔는데 요금이 저렴한것도 아니고 정말 실망입니다. 다시는 올 생각 없을것 같네요."

"숙박하기에 모자람이나 과함없이 딱 적당한 느낌입니다. 아이랑 같이 수영장에서 즐겁게 놀았네요. 숙소가 남원시내와 멀지 않지만 한적한 곳에 위치하고 있어 맛집이나 관광지를 찾아가는데 부담 없이 다녀올 수 있었습니다. 덕분에 남원에 대해서 많이 알게 되었어요. 다음에도 또 찾고 싶습니다. "

"1. The hotel charges a hefty fee for using the Pool(The Hotel should not charge hotel guests for using the pool.) 2. After paying for the pool fee, you are only allowed to reenter the pool ONE time within 30 minutes. (I asked for an explanation WHY?, but the staff did not provide a legitimate answer.)(If you want to come back to the pool, they will charge the same fee as the first time you entered the pool.)(By the way, the fee is around $30 per person) 3. The concierge staff(female) seemed very dull when asked a question and called the manager to handle our situation. After all, I don't think I will be back at this hotel again. My family and I paid $500 per night at this hotel and drove hours to get here expecting 5 star hotel conditions and quality but none of that was met to the standard. "
