"The rooms were decent, and the pool was very nice. However, our experience with the restaurant staff was disappointing. Throughout our stay, we had the impression that guests were treated differently. Our room was booked under my name and included a breakfast credit. "M e encanta Ibis exclentes hoteles"

"We had a lovely stay and the staff were awesome! They were very helpful with my husband's disability and even gave us a shower chair without us having to ask for it! The rooms are a bit small, but comfortable. The only problem we had was will the wifi. The signal was weak and kept going out. I was only able to work using my cell hotspot. Otherwise, all was good."

Also, it could have been better with a tiny micro-fridge to keep drinks cold. To their credit, they did have a small fridge nearby in the lobby...

"Everything was fine just sliding bottom door looks dirty that can be cleaned really easy, the bed cover are really old and pillow needs to be change."
