The room was ok on size. Comforter had stains and the carpet was visibly stained as well. Dust seen on the locks and throughout the room showed that cleanliness was not top priority. The perk of having a more up to date bathroom was nice and the best feature about the stay. A/C unit was loud and needs to be updated.

空調が中央管理で細かく調整ができず乾燥がすごい。備品はドライヤーの持ち手が壊れていたのと湯沸かしポットが故障していた。ポットは連絡してすぐに部屋まで持ってきてくれて交換してくれたが、その際に何も気にせず部屋に入ってきたのには驚いた。その辺りの配慮は欲しい。

施設自体は結構古いのと、鍵もカードでは無く外出時はフロントに預けるタイプではありますが、価格と駅前の利便性と部屋の広さを加味すると、良いホテルだと思います。コンセント関連はもう少し用意頂けると嬉しかったです。

息子の受験で前泊させて頂きました。 お風呂やトイレがリフォームされていて綺麗でとても良かったです。 一つは他の部屋からや廊下からの音漏れが少し気になったくらいです。

　夫婦と孫娘でダブルとシングルを取ったのですが、何も言ってないのに、ちゃんと隣の部屋に取ってくれました。 　対応はとても良かったのですが、バスタブの中に髪の毛が残っていました、これは少し残念でした。
