"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The two ladies who assisted us at checkout were incredibly helpful and attentive. One had been helping us for several minutes, and without being asked, her colleague noticed she needed support and stepped in right away. Their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help truly stood out. They took the time to assist us with setting up our flight information and even offered helpful recommendations on places to visit, which we greatly...

"It's a 20 second lift ride and a 1 minute walk from reception to the terminal and that is worth every penny! On top of that, the rooms are large, well-equipped and modern. My bed was amazing and I'd still be in it now if I didn't have to fly home! My room had a great view of the ATC tower and runway activity, which is great for an AvGeek like me. I didn't eat there but I saw a selection of delicious-looking meals being delivered by the room service robot, Jeeves. The Sky Bar was a perfect place...

"Room was spotless; staff brilliant & helpful. Breakfast was continental with cooked eggs & pancakes; beautifully set out and plenty of it despite the hotel being very full while we were there. Potential lack of seating if everyone ate all together but we were warned & could flex to later. Able to take back to your rooms if you’d rather. Parking was set €12 per day with first 2 hours free. Would use again / recommend"
