Belle endroit à découvrir

Très agréable séjour surtout pour les chiens qui sont les supers bienvenus 👍. Les chalets sont très sympas. On peut dormir à 5 sans soucis et meme rajouter un lit bébé, donc bon rapport qualité prix. Par contre les personnes responsables du ménage ont de graves progrès à faire surtout dans la salle de bains elles ne font que vider les poubelles et recouvrir Les lits elles ne passent même pas de serpillère quand elles font le ménage journalier. Le fleuve est juste derrière et de Belles promenades peuvent être effectuées à pied sans problème.

First of all, the pricing listed on the site is different from the one that we had to pay in person upon arrival. The price we had to pay was HIGHER than the one listed, because, as it turned out the owners are presenting a price without VAT on the website. Second, after we had payed in cash, we weren't given a receipt. We were promised to receive it a few minutes later, then, we were promised to receive it by email, and to this day we haven't received anything. Third, due to the my skin's high sensitivity to sunlight, I have kindly asked to get a housing that was closer to the pool so that I wouldn't have to get exposed to the sun for too long. I got declined with the excuse being "We're full, all house are taken". However, throughout our entire stay, approximately half of the houses were empty, with no guests whatsoever. Fourth, the breakfasts were VERY limited, and it's hard to pick something for a child to eat. In addition, during our stay our house wasn't cleaned once. The sheets weren't changed and no new towels weren't handed out. Lastly, the description on the website states that there are zones for having BBQs. However, these 'zones' are not thought through. There is no clear place to throw the used coal away and no place to clean the BBQ itself. About the pool. The pool is of high quality. The water is clean, and there's a lot of shadow covering the place. Thus you can stay at the pool all day without being afraid of getting sunburnt.

Great ambience, great location, great views. The cabin was beautiful and the location is gorgeous. Very close to kiryat shmona, so you have all the amenities of a large city available to you. Breakfast was great as well. Highly recommended.

Poor place

The room was poor for 4 persons. The room is naive for 2 people and they just put you some sofa more and that’s it. The room was not clean. The air conditioner was broken. The service wasn’t good. We will not come back.

bad cigar smell in our room

we had a room that smelled terrible - it was definitely a heavy smokers room. the village came with spray to solve the problem... it's not a solution, guys! service was very friendly, breakfast was great, but in the overall - I give you 5/10 - clean and maintenance are important.

The best fit for families with kids and pets

We stayed at The Village Hotel for 3 nights. We took 2 rooms, one for us and one for our friend's family. The Village complex is amazing, super supporting for kids and pets, and enabling the adults to have some quality time together while the kids are busy. The location is wonderful, and spending some time by the river, which is only 2 mintues of walking from our room, was one of our highlights. The rooms can be a bit better. there is no place to prepare food (cut fruits or vegetables) for your little ones and the maintenance of the room can be a bit better. The rooms can be a bit dark due to the way they spread the lamps. But overall experience was just amazing. We consider it as one of our best family trips, and The Village Hotel has a significant part in the success.

It's nice place. Suitable for families. It's not fansy, but ok for the price. The stuff are nice. Room cleaning can be better, but it's ok. The mattress and pillows was'nt comfortable. It suitable for nice family vacation, low price, but not fancy or luxurious. Simple and nice.

This resort village offers some very basic services. The place is a bit shabby and the gardening - neglected. Pool is nice though closes early (6PM when sunset is at 8PM). Room was extremely hot - air condition got he room very cool in one side and warm on the other side.

It is in a lovely setting and the view from our room was great (despite bad weather). The room is large, comfy bed, enjoyable spa bath. Unfortunately we couldn't have dinner there, but the breakfast was excellent.
