"A return to our Bangkok home at the traditional Landmark did not disappoint and following our previous reviews, we are back again. Still undergoing renovation in sections, the new works around the central atrium look splendid. Check in was conducted at club level and off to our room on the 27th floor near to the lifts. Unfortunately a room issue led to a quick room change to a bigger room, but well handled by the club reception. The transfer to the premium corner club room was spacious and had all the usual amenities you’d expect from the Landmark with great views across the Bangkok skyline. The lobby is again closed for renovations, so pedestrian entry/exit is via the new eateries atrium, much easier than before. Taxi drop offs are at the side of the hotel. The hotel features the London style bar, now in an open plan “Quad” area but also includes a new bakery, Italian outlet, burger outlet, and Greenhouse local food restaurant, this one being open conveniently 24 hours a day. We tried the latter, extremely tasty curries, great early hours service and reasonably priced for a hotel. I can only imagine that when the renovations are complete, the lobby will likely look just as amazing. Staff here are just perfect, especially on the club floor. We will be back in January 2026. "

"The staff was incredible. Sai was lovely 😍 and her team were super helpful. I asked her for a good rooftop recommendation and she was on point. The hotel was clean and updated with a nice fitness facility and pool area. This hotel is walking distance to whatever you're looking for and has a nice shuttle that can take you to the mall which is very close. I celebrated my birthday there and walked into my room to be surprised with a chocolate cake and birthday card. I WILL STAY there again and would recommend this place to anyone. "It was an amazing stay in this hotel, front desk and concierge staffs were very nice with excellent hospitality. I like the bright lighting in the room, very high ceiling, the washroom is big and new white tile floor felt like home. Just a bit disappointed to no bathtub in the standard room, which I brought over lots of bath salt to try to relax. We usually not to border for housekeeping during our stay, it is because we usually sanitize everything when we get to the room. This time we experienced the same problem after the housekeeping made up our room in one morning, we found hairs by the sink and floor which were not there before. I've seen before some hotel's housekeeper uses the used towel to clean the floor and around sink, which is really awful. I hope this hotel should monitor not to have this habit. Otherwise both pools are beautiful, we like to stay at 22nd floor pool, with lots of benches, and during 5-7pm they have happy hour for most of the drinks which is very good deal. Overall we like the hotel, convenient in location attached to BTS, will come back next time."
