"I did the 1 night cruise and the whole experience was excellent. The administration (Anna) was very friendly and efficient and the logistics for the shuttle were clear. Once on board, the staff were very kind and attentive, the cabin was comfortable and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the excursions, particularly the caves and hiking. Would recommend to others. 5/5 "

"La estadía en el Paradise Peak fue muy buena. Gran atención, muy rica y abundante comida. Los paseos estaban todos incluidos. El único detalle, al hacer la reserva no me percaté que en las imagenes de la habilitación, el balcon no tiene vista directa (el balcón tiene una ventana chica). Lo conversamos en la recepción y pudimos cambiar de habitación."

Däremot önskar jag att andra gäster kunde ta hänsyn till hygien vad gäller att hosta i armvecket för att undvika smitta, speciellt i restaurangen, samt att childrens club personalen inte släppte in barn med tydliga tecken ögoninflammation (som för övrigt är väldigt smittsamt). Annars var vår vistelse perfekt!"

"the staff was nice enough. the stay was far from luxurious. paying that amount of money for a room and being charged a ridiculous amount for watered down alcohol not to mention so much as a free water or soft drink i understand that is out of the staffs control. being fed reheated pasta and rice ,paper thin sliced chicken with mustard, bland barely warm fish. it was a pathetic experience for the price. again mostly out of the control of the staff. simply would not recommend."

"Diet Cruise - kleines, etwas überkandidelt gestaltetes Schiff mit älterer Technik (Fenster schliessen nicht richtig,) und freundlichem, aufmerksamen Service.. Wunderschöne Route! Leckeres Essen, leider fixes Menü mit sehr kleinen Portionen. Wer mehr will, muss das oft und deutlich ssgen, und auch dann wird es schwierig. Jedes Glas Wasser wurde extra berechnet, nichtmal einen Kaffee in der Wsrtelounge gab es umsonst, und für did Snacks der Minibar kann man an Land gediegen essen gehen. Also,...

"The hotel has many facilities such as swimming pool and gym. The view from the hotel is brilliant. Thr breakfast was very good with diversity of food. The bed was very comfy."
