좋았어요^^
2박3일 잘 쉬고 왔습니다.
오래된 건물을 리모델링했다고 들었는데
욕실구조가 좀 특이하긴 했어요.
(솔직히 불편했...)
욕실 말고는 전반적으로 깔끔하고 편안했습니다.

출장으로 다녀왔습니다. 주차도 편안하고 사장님이 친절하게 맞아 주셔서 편안하고 좋았습니다. 다만 엘레베이터에 조식이 오전 8~9시에 가능하다고 해서 갔더니 2일 모두 문이 닫혀 있어서.....아쉬웠습니다.

가성비 최고의 호텔,친절하고 편안한 호텔입니다!!적극추천!!
여자 혼자 투숙했습니다. 주차공간도 넓고 프론트에서 친절하게 안내해주셨어요. 여자 혼자라 조용한 방이 좋으 실것 같다고 안쪽으로 배치해주시고 객실도 업그레이드 해주셔서 정말 편하게 잘 쉬다 갔습니다. 안좋은 후기가 종종 보여 걱정했는데 염려와 너무 다르게 객실도 모두 새것이고 어메니티도 최고였습니다. 8층에 투숙하였는데 무등산 전망이 보이더라구요! 날씨가 좋아서 커피마시면서 한참 구경했습니다! 샤워실도 아주 깨끗하고 침대도 두개짜리 방을 주셔서 정말 편하게 잘 사용했어요ㅠ 이가격에 이런 방이라니! 오히려 죄송할정도였다는 ^^;; 다음번에도 무조건 광주에 오면 이용할 계획입니다!! 거기다가 티비가 처음에 안나왔는데 직원분이 직접 올라오셔서 친절하게 설정해주시고 가셨어요 (기계치는 웁니다 ;ㅁ;) 여튼 가성비 대박 호텔입니다!! 광주가시는 분들 참고하세요!! 덕분에 정말 편안한게 자~알 쉬고 갑니당. 감사해요 ^_^

Central location, large rooms and staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast was included and was a simple buffet with western and Korean breakfast items served at the cafe. Our room included a washing machine, large fridge and a cook top, but no cooking utensils or crockery. There were no china cups only single use cupboard cups. There is a convenience store across the road, a large supermarket nearby and lots of restaurants around the hotel. Overall our group had a great stay, I would definitely stay there again.

침대가 너무 푹신했어요ㅎㅎㅎ
남친도 그렇고 저도 좀만 누워 잇으려고했는데 잠들만큼.. 뒤척여도 침대가 안흔들리고 침구도 편안해서 잠이 너무 잘 왔어요 다시 자고 싶은 침대 였어요! 재방문 의사100% 침대 최고!
다른건 그냥저냥 가성비좋습니다~ㅎㅎ

금~토 1박 숙박이었는데 토요일 새벽(오전 6시~8시?)부터 공사를 해서 잠을 못 잤습니다. 건물 전체에 울리던데 너무 시끄러웠어요.
이거 빼면 숙소 청결 상태도 좋았고, 싱글침대 2개인 방이었는데 방도 넓었습니다. 창문이 차광이 잘되어서 좋았습니다.
호텔 자체는 좋았습니다.

당황스럽네요
더블부킹이 되어 현장에서 취소했는데... 그런데 환불이 안 되어 있어서 호텔스닷컴에서 직원과 조율하여 환불처리해주기로 했는데... 메니저님이 환불 안 된다고 다시 정정하시네요. 적잖은 돈 날렸네요ㅠ

시내에서 숙박하기 위해서는 좋은 장소입니다.
창문이 거울로 되있어서 다음날 늦게까지 편안히 취침가능합니다.
시내라 차 경적이나, 폐기물차 소리가 좀 들리네요.
방음 처리가 좀더 필요할 것 같습니다.

머리카락과 먼지가 방치되어 있는 방
출장이 잦은 편이라 비지니스 호텔을 주로 이용하는데, 최악 이었습니다.
청소 상태 너무 엉망이었고 (바닥에 머리카락, 먼지 뭉치는 기본이고 테이블 등의 위 먼지 등은 말할 것도 없어요. 4박 동안 사용한 어메니티와 기본 제공 생수도 말하지 않으면 채워주지 않았습니다.)
출장지와 제일 가까워서 선택한 호텔이었고 후기 보고 선택했는데, 정말 후회했어요.
청소가 너무 엉망이라 아침에 출근하면서 부탁드렸으나, 전혀 청소 되어있지 않았습니다.
1성급 호텔 서비스를 바라는 게 아니라 기본적인 클리닝을 요구하는 건데,, 그냥 할말을 잃었어요.
그 다음날 청소 했다고 하시는데, 그냥 포기했네요.. 누가봐도 제 머리에서 나온 머리카락이 아닌데 -_-;; 그냥 제가 휴지로 줏었습니다. 세탁한 수건에 머리카락 붙어있는 건 기본이구요..
예민한 분들은 여기에 안묵으시는게 나을거에요. 전 출장 기간 내내 너무 스트레스 였습니다.
주차 하나만 편리합니다. 와이파이도 너무 느려서 내내 핫스팟 사용했어요.

화장실 청소는 마무리를 안하신 상태였고, 매번 호텔스 닷컴으로 예약하면 결재가 안되었다고 하시네요. 여러가지로 비추천입니다.

저렴하지만 충분히 만족스러운 호텔
가격이 저렴해서 약간 걱정스럽게 예약했는데 실제 채크인 해 보니 럭셔리하지는 않지만 깨끗하고 충분히 편안했습니다. 내부는 좀 오래된 것 같았지만 핵심인 침대와 화장실이 깨끗하고 편안해서 충분히 만족스러웠습니다. 늦게 일어나서 아침 식사를 못해서 어떤 아침이 제공되는제 확인할 수 없어서 궁금합니다. 광주에 다시 묵으면 또 사용할 것 같아요.

좀 그랬어요
체크인 할때 예약번호 포함된 프린트가 있어도 계속 예약 안됐다고. 호텔스닷캄에서 잘못한것 같다고 하면서 한참 예약이 안됐다고 하다가 마지막에 입실을 했습니다. 그러나 저녁에 호텔에서 전화가 와서 언제 체크인 하냐고 물었어요. 그런후 더블 예약이라네 어쩌네...
일부러 조식포함한 호텔을 예약을 했는데 월요일 아침에는 조식 없다고 하면서 끝... 실망스러웠습니다.

편리한 교통의 요지에 위치한 호텔은 지방으로 가기 위한 곳에 위치하였는데, 호텔지하의 부대시설의 운영으로 전체적으로 방에까지 음악소리가 들려 편안한 휴식을 보내기에는 적당하지 않는 곳이다. 아메리칸 스타일의 아침식사는 아주 간편하게 제공되었다.
