"This is an older property but it is very well kept. The walkways were well lit. The breakfast was simple but plentiful. It was great to be able to order breakfast the night before. Our room was very very nice. It was spacious, well laid out. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Best of all, it was very clean. We absolutely recommend the Coastal Inn Antigonish and hope to visit again. "

"Good peaceful location next to St Peters Canal "swing bridge", a beautiful view of Bras d'Or Lake. Good dinner atmosphere with local artists performing in dining room four nights a week. A little old and worn in appearance, but comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Owner and staff very friendly and helpful. The only negative was that the guest laundry (washer) was not working the entire time we stayed here."

"Very disappointed in the condition of our accommodations, service provided and overall experience at this establishment. There was a musty smell that hit you upon entering the room (instructions for dehumidifier to run were posted but it was not running upon entrance). There was a mouse trap under the sink, not what you want to see in a rental space. Breakfast was not provided. The door to the main area where the INCLUDED breakfast was located was locked upon our first try and when it was...

"Room was very clean Staff on desk and restaurant was very friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast and parking was right outside my door. Very happy with my stay. Would stay again and would recommend."

"The Room was small. Ideal for one person. Lots of storage, but little room to get around the bed. The person on the right side of the bed has to deal with the A/C blowing on them all night as it is about 12 inches away from the edge of the bed. The bathroom is small with a small shower. For parking I had to park on a street behind the hotel, about a 5 min walk from the hotel."
