숙박 다음 날 남원에서 행사가 있어 며칠 전 급하게 잡은 숙소 입니다. 부모님과 21개월 아기와 함께하는 여행이었는데, 남원에 남은 숙소는 너무 비싸거나 낡은 모텔 뿐이라 고민하다 잡은 곳이네요. 처음에 들어가서는 후기에서 본거랑은 다르게 깔끔해서 다행이다 싶었습니다. 근데 눈에 보이는 딱 그 부분들만 그랬어요. 물론 오래되었습니다. 노후는 있지만 관리 잘 되었네!? 했는데.. 욕실에 양치컵 본 이후로 계속 울렁증이 생겼어요. 컵 안쪽과 바깥 바닥면에 곰팡이가 곰팡이가.. 게다가 변기뚜껑 닫아지자 그 뒤가 물때에 찌든때에.. 너무 찝찝했어요. 거기다 자려는데 바퀴벌레가 나왔어요. 화장대 있는 방에서... 어디선가 기어나와 화장대 밑으로 들어갔는데.. 부모님과 남편은 괜찮다 스타일 이시라 모기약 스프레이 있는걸로 뿌리고 그냥 잤는데.. 전 이불에 누워있는데 괜히 막 피부 간지럽고 찝찝하고. 만약에 전날 밤새고 간거 아니였으면 안잤을거에요. 투숙객 할인으로 간 작지만 아담하고 깔끔했던 사우나 빼고는 정말 다신 안가고 싶네요. 하지만 사우나도 본가격 다 주고는 안갈거 같아요. 그래도 응대하는 직원들은 좋았어요. 양치컵 아빠가 얘기하셨다는데 죄송하다고 죄송하다고 했다더라구요. 사우나도 객실도 리뉴얼 하고 하는거 보면 지속적으로 고객유치를 하겠다는 의사가 있는걸로 보이는데.. 그렇다면 욕실 타일 사이 물때 곰팡이까지는 아니더라도 눈에 딱 띄는 곳만이 아닌 조금 더 디테일한 곳까지의 청결도 신경썼으면 좋겠네요.

힐링의 온천여행

조용한 분위기에 친절한 직원분들 그리고 청결한 숙소 모든것이 좋았어요 특히 온천사우나도 깨끗했고 노천탕까지 관리가 잘되어있어서 아침저녁으로 온천욕을 즐기며 충분히 휴식하고 왔네요 시설은 조금 연식이 되어 살짝 아쉬웠지만.. 만족했던 힐링여행.. 이곳 지리산 가족호텔은 여러번 다시올것 같은곳입니다

청결하지 않아 욕실 샤워기얖에 음모가 떨어져 있었습니다. 호텔이 아니라 콘도나 리조트입니다. 산전망은 무덤 보입니다. 체크인시 분리수거 등 아무 설명이 없으며 직원들은 무뚝뚝합니다. 바닥 온도는 뜨끈하지 않으며 요가 두툼한 거와 시설이 많이 낡지는 않았다는 것만 좋습니다.

시설 괜찮고 온천 좋았구..

리모델링을 했는지 시설이 괜찮았습니다.. 온천은 옆에 노천온천하는 지리산온천으로 갔어요 가까워서 좋았습니다.. 인터넷예약으로 하니 뒷산이 보이는 곳으로만 예약이 된다고 해서 돈 좀 추가하고 방을 바꿨습니다.. 바꾼 방 전망은 정말 좋았습니다.. 잘때 추웠던게 단점이고 나머지는 좋았습니다.. 뒷산엔 무담이 보여서 벌로였는데

깨끗하고 좋았는데 좀 아쉬웠던 것은 예약할 때 조식 여부를 물어봤었는데 한식과 부페 두가지가 된다고 해서 예약했고 아침을 부페로 할 생각이 었는데 아침에 나가보니 안된다는 것이었다. 부페를 열때가 있고 안열때가 있다는데 정확히 안내를 해줬으면 하는 아쉬움이 남는다.

지리산과 온천의 콜라보

지리산자락에 자리잡고 있어 산의 기운을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 침대방이 없는 줄 알아서 온돌로 예약했는데, 침대방이 있는 걸 알고 교체를 요구했는데, 흔쾌히 교체해줬습니다. 여행 차 숙박하면서도 일거리를 가지고 다니는 편인데, 식탁이 있어서 매우 편했습니다. 온천도 너무 좋구요.
