"Wow... what a difference. We stayed at GWL MN for a week before heading to this one and it was a total nightmare. The place was chaos, from the quality of the room to the staff to the pool. Everything was so bad. I was contemplating cancelling my reservation here and just going somewhere else but Im very glad I didnt.

"Booked a King suite. Very happy with the room. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Everything we needed was provided.
Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Water quality and shower water pressure and temp were great.
We were exhausted after a day a tthe Bristol Renaissance Faire and it was a very comfortable hotel to rest in. It was quite, the AC worked beautifully. Breakfast was adequate and to standard. We will definitely book again next year."
