"Loved everything. All the staff I dealt with was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful when an alarm went off in the room next door. They tried to contact the guest, but could not go in do to the do not disturb sign on the door. There was one day there was cool water for my shower. Not sure why but next day was ok Breakfast was good"

"Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. King bed was nice and firm. Air conditioning worked well. In-room Jacuzzi for two (in addition to the full bath with an exhaust fan) was a plus. Fireplace was attractive and would be nice to use on a chilly evening. Continental breakfast was adequate. We would definitely stay here again."

"The breakfast that was included in my stay was made when requesting it~ it’s a pre made menu ^^ which I quite enjoyed~ They were able to take us in last minute, the restaurant is really good and they have an ample menu selection! Bedrooms are really clean, they take there time when doing the transition of guests, and everyone is super friendly! I’m excited to come back and stay there again!"

"I booked on Expedia. I showed up and it was a dump and smelt of possibly urine. 15 minutes later I asked for my money back and the employee said I have to contact Expedia for a refund. Good luck with that. I paid a lot of money to not even stay. Lesson learned. Never use Expedia ever again."

"The complimentary breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well laid out. I would stay at this hotel in the future. As it is on Gasoline Alley, which I had not realized, I had a longer drive than desirable to get to my destination within Red Deer."

"The hotel staff were wonderful and friendly. The lobby is very nice and the rooms smelled very clean. The rooms were nice and modern in appearance. The only thing I didn’t love was that the beds are very squeaky and dated. Every time you move it’s very loud and you can feel the springs. The bed I had was very sunken in. The centre and overall very uncomfortable. I was considering staying here in September when we’re down as well, but the beds alone are making me reconsider. Other than that...

"The room was average at best, the walls are paper thin and the neibor room was up partying all night, and when I complained she literally never said a word to me. We also had unwrapped coffee and water cups and one of the coffee cups was used."
