"Pool was under construction, Bathroom has no fan. We ordered breakfast from the menu 1 day and got the buffet another morning and it was delicious. Aj and staff were very helpful and friendly!"

"Room had sand all over the floor, hair in the shower, the toilet seat was broken, and water leaked in from the rain by the door. When I mentioned it calmly to the front desk all they said was "oh thanks for letting us know" "

"Tv in room wasn’t working. They did send someone right away it was still annoying. Ice machine wasn’t working and no microwave on 7th floor. No ice machine on ground floor either. Water leaking from ceiling behind front desk and in to carpet on other floors. They did have caution signs up though. No front desk attendant when checking out but security was helpful. Valet parking is $50 per night and self park is about 2 blocks away at $25 per night."

"Room had food and womens hair scrunchies on the floor. Needed a better cleaning and vacuuming. Limited view was air conditioning units!"

"The rooms were a little dated, but the one thing was the air conditioner blew pretty much right on you every time it went on when you were in the bed, my wife got sick from the air conditioner blowing on her constantly"
