"From check in on we loved this stay so much! We visited a few of the other resorts but this exceeded our expectations! We stayed 3 nights. The only thing that bothered me is that they ran out of chocolate chip gelato. So yeah, that’s so trivial! Staff is so friendly and professional. I recommend anyone to stay here!"

"This hotel was very nice and very affordable. Just like a 15 minute walk from the Quarter. The indoor pool/spa was a great feature. It was a rainy weekend when we were there and they put out a bunch of umbrellas for guests to grab, which was a very nice feature. Only downside...the key cards and readers do not work well. They are temperamental. We got locked out of the room a couple times. So keep your ID on you when you leave the room, and make sure that your wife/husband/partner is listed on...

"First time in New Orleans and this hotel was perfect. Very elegant and centrally located to everything you want to do in the French Quarter. Only downside is the rooms are on the smaller side but everything about this hotel was great. Will definitely be staying here next time I visit"

"We only had breakfast at the hotel once but it was good. We especially liked the toasted bread and crispy bacon. The wait staff was very nice."

"Hotel and rooms smelt lovely/refreshing, extremely clean… realizing that it has only been open 1 month, I’m sure a few kinks will be worked out. The first is the TV use and availability of streaming (It was not set up for Netflix, Prime, etc). Secondly, there really should be a microwave in the rooms. We went out to eat and could not bring leftovers back to reheat so I had to throw away 1/2 of a 30$ meal. Last thing to add is instructions on phone and TV use would be helpful. No complaints, just...

"The view from our balcony and easy access to such a beautiful beach made the whole experience! There's not many food options nearby, and they don't serve breakfast, but the room had a kitchen area for food storage and prep. They also have a lovely gazebo with swings and fire pits for grilling on the beach side. Plan accordingly and you won't regret your stay here!"

"Great location if you're going to the Riverwalk, but be aware it's noisy. We were on the 5th floor and heard airplanes, fog horns, and the elevator all night both nights. As I have discovered now at all Hilton Garden Inns, the beds are hard and crazy uncomfortable. The hallway on our floor and the elevator consistently smelled of marijuana. Also the only hotel parking is valet at $50 a night...we parked in a garage up the street for $30 per night. In the future I'll spend a little more money for...
