"Had a bad experience at the start But,We spoken to the GM and he fixed most of the issues and said all the other issues would be fixed after we left that they was working on. He was a man of his work for the things we did why we were there., and made us feel very welcome. Wish everywhere like this had GM like him that is always on site. Overall good experience,"

"The hotel was nicely done; I only have 3 complaints: 1. The lighting in the room was awful, very dark, and as a female when putting on my makeup I had to use my own mirror and step into the shower area for good lighting. 2. There was no in-room coffee or tea. 3. One of the elevators wasn't working right and didn't go down to the first or second floors, but instead of shutting it down they left it on, so every time I pushed the button from my 5-th floor room, that same elevator kept coming up. Unfortunately it took me a while to figure out that I could push the 4th and 3rd floor buttons, step out of the elevator, wait for it to start going down, then push the call button again to call the other, working elevator. I had luggage with me or I would have taken the stairs. The staff was excellent, though."

"Service was actually the best part. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for explore the downtown part of the city and im not usually one to enjoy hotel breakfast, but they had amazing options. I will be staying here every time I visit New Orleans"
