"Room and bathroom was dusty and filthy. Had to get the staff to wash all the cups and glasses."

"Rooms were very , housekeeping every day, all staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good , very clean, staff were excellent. Easy check in and check out. All in all a very pleasant experience and definitely will be staying again. Only have one complaint, while building should be smoke free, which it is not at present"

However, there were a couple of uncomfortable interactions that impacted my stay. The duty manager was quite intrusive during one instance when I had a guest visit me, making unnecessary comments and behaving in a way that felt unprofessional. This made me feel uncomfortable in what should have been a private and respectful environment. On another occasion, a different staff member commented on my outfit, asking if I was going to a wedding when I had just returned from a work dinner. While it may have been intended casually, it came across as inappropriate. Unfortunately, these experiences affected my overall comfort at the hotel. I would suggest that staff be more mindful of maintaining professionalism and respecting guest boundaries."
