Example of attention to detail: have you ever tried to plug in your own HDMI device into a wall-mounted hotel TV? It's a nightmare to access the ports, if they even exist. In this hotel (at least in rooms I've seen) they plug in a short HDMi extender to make it easy. Small detail, big difference in convenience."
"This hotel is a SCAM! When I reserved this hotel through Hotels.com, I pre-paid the hotel fee. But, the employees at the desk asked me to pay ONCE AGAIN, telling me that the fee paid over Hotels.com would be refunded.
That didn’t happen. Eventually I paid TWICE. And the hotel refused to refund.
So, I was double-charged.
I think this is a classic way to lure foreigners to pay more.
The hotel even doesn’t answer the phone.
If you don’t want to be scammed, please do not use this hotel."
