"They never answered the phone on various attempts to confirm my stay and i had to locate and stay at another hotel close by. Horrible experience."

"Amazing place to stay"

"Good place to stay!"

"The best hotel we have ever been in Chennei , highly recommend to stay here Very clean , new , good service, good breakfast, fitness "

"Nice location in Chennai. Staff are very attentive and helpful. I saw the staff helping a guest pack an art item for shipment! The hotel is near the Phoenix mall which has many shops and restaurants."

"Excellent stay"

"While they have fancy staffs and interiors, the way it functions is very poor. They give you one card which is pretty much required everywhere, you need that to use the lift, it’s the power access for the room and if one person wants to leave the room, the power is gone? We raised this concern then a dummy card was given I mean what were they thinking? Dinner and breakfast were ok. They don’t give you the 100% experience for the money you pay for it."
