I accidentally booked under the default setting in the app under 1 adult , for a 4 person capacity room. When I arrived with my husband and two children, I was not really being helped at the front desk or able to check in after a long trip. Expedia's customer service went all out to assist me. I paid a small amount through the app and finally checked in. The room was asestically cool but extremely dirty. Unmopped floors and moldy bathrooms. Rude service for breakfast. To top it all off we have bed bug bites all over our bodies. I've never been one to even write a review,EVER but, we are covered in bed bug bites..do not book here!!!!!
