"Breakfast need extra attention.not enough variety for example eggs most basic thing in breakfast ( scrambled eggs not even 10% cooked) no boiled eggs , no omelettes and no option. ( Not everyone eat or can eat the same) Customer service crew was amazing Lina, Talita, William and Raphael. As for Locations you can’t ask for more everything is in walking distance.hotel Price is very reasonable."

"The hotel is good pretty very well located and staff is friendly however the size of the room is unaceptable they are ridiculous small no even a closet or little table to place your belonging and luggage bed also extremelly small in reality children beds."

"Eu tenho varios feedbacks sobre o hotel e vou enumera-los por area. 1) O restaurante tem um menu muito pobre no servico a la carte; 2) O staff é bem cortês e amavel; 3)O quarto em geral é razoavel. Faltam gavetas para pessoas que vao ficar varios dias e nao querem deixar roupas em malas. O espaco é muito pequeno para roupas; 4)O banheiro é a pior parte: Muito pequeno e nada comodo. O suporte de papel higienico é muito long do sanitario e nem todas as pessoas conseguem alcançar. A pia nao tem espaco pra colocar nada. O supplies de shampo, etc não sao bons e o pior é o sistema do chuveiro. Em 9 dias não consegui tomar um banho em menos de 35 minutos porque a agua não regula nunca. Ou é fria / gelada ou é quente escaldante. Voces precisam solucionar este sistema. É horrível. É um sistema velho e nada agradavel. Ja viajei por muito paises e nos ultimos 10 anos não tinha esta experiencia com chuveiros tão ruim."
