Excellent Hotel with exceptional service

This is a great hotel. Love the attentive staff at every level of our stay. Kudos to concierge who made sure we were well taken care of. Housekeeping was exceptional. Restaurants were excellent. Really love our time there and will definitely use again

中国籍の者は身分証明書を提示しないと宿泊できないそうです。パスポートは認めない。仕方なく付近にある交番まで出向き臨時住民票を発行してもらい手続きをしました。 ほかのほとんどのホテルではパスポートで問題ないですが、なぜかこのホテルは融通が利かない。

Hotellissa ei puhuta Englantia , valitsimme hotellin myös uima altaan takia ja se ei ollut käytössä. Hotellin ravintolat ei ollut auki enään klo 20.00 jälkeen , eikä siellä ollut mitään baaria mistä olisi työpäivän jälkeen voinut mennä keskutelemaan päivän tapahtumista. Enemmän miinuksi kuin plussia.

A nice stay, would go back.

Good value from the money. The purpose of this trip was to the Canton Fair, and we had just a short walk to get to the subway, which was perfect. Rooms were very clean. Sadly, the breakfast buffet is pale in comparaison to other nice hotels in China in term of food selection and abundance... that constructive critic may push the management to do better in that area.

價錢合理，感覺安全。

整體算不錯，只是空調好像不可調冷，冬天還可以，如夏天應該不夠冷。地鐵站行去7分鐘路程，只是酒店下附近沒有什麼便利店，食或飲也要預早買入去。近中山記念堂和越秀公園，如行去北京道要行20分鐘。
