Excelent facilites, the área was very safe. A lot of Circule K and restaurants closed to the hotel. The attention of the person who tracked muy reservación and registration was awsome. Very very plased with the attention.

Overall room was ok, bathroom had very hot water and not easy to adjust to proper temperature, sink was clogged, towels minimum and had to request more. Location was great, it would be perfect once fixing those issues. We had a nice time.

Bad communication with the host . There is no one to help you. There is no warm water on the shower. I did not had wifi acces during the first 2 days and there was nobody to help me . Asked for a partial refund and the put you in the classic loophole where you have to make the “refund” process through the “ App”

The pool solar panels are consistently leaking into the hallway. I got a custom to a wet floor by the front door and the door consistently sticking and having problems. Otherwise the apartment was in great shape. A little bit more attention on the kitchen appliances and utensils would be appreciated. I only had one fork.

Desafortunadamente llegamos a Tribu Sonata y nuestra habitacion estaba ocupada. Luego esperamos y nos asignaron una nueva. Las sabanas de la cama principal era solo la que cubria el colchon y habia una pequena manta de adorno. No eran suficientes para poder dormir con comodidad. Habia un sillon que se hace cama y para ese solo habia una sabana y una pequena manta. Aunque el personal nos escucho solo nos entrego una manta mas y aunque prometieron regresar con mas sabanas no lo hicieron. Fueron amables pero eso no es suficiente. Ademas el olor de la habitacion era muy desgradable, el drenaje olia muy mal y la regadera no estaba limpia. El agua de la regadera no fluia con rapidez y se estancaba en el piso. Y en la cocina habia cucarachas. El microondas estaba muy sucio. Suelo dar reviews positivos pero en esta ocasion no lo puedo hacer. Es una pena porque la publicidad muestra algo impecable y lujoso. Solo debo rescatar que la zona del apartahotel es preciosa, muy centrica, muy segura, el edificio tambien es hermoso y los guardias de seguridad fueron unos angeles que nos ayudaron en todo lo que pudieron. Excelentes profesionales a quienes felicito por su gran trabajo. No deseo perjudicarlos con este review solo pedirles que no publiciten lo que no ofrecen y que den mantenimiento a sus cuartos porque especialmente los turistas extranjeros se descepcionaran si los alquilan.

La cafetera estaba sucia y avía manchas que nosotros no dejamos, el check in es fastidioso, no hay alguien que pueda apoyar con esto, y ni siquiera son 24 horas en la estancia

La zona está muy bien pero no me enviaron el número clave para abrir la puerta, en expedía tienen un precio y para que te den las instrucciones de check in lo hacen hasta que depositas la garantía de seguridad que puede ser una cantidad única u otra mayor que te reembolsan 14 días después. A las 10:45 de la noche que logre ingresar al cuarto el piso estaba lleno de cucarachitas muy pequeñas y la regadera estuvo horrible sale pura agua hirviendo o de plano fría; la presión de repente bien y de repente se caía. Las almohadas las tuve que sacudir porque estaban llenas de cabellos. Nunca me había pasado algo así. No lo recomiendo para nada. El check in es a las 15:00 hrs y el check out a las 11:00 am no son ni 24 hrs.
