I stayed at the Radisson in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, and it was a truly disappointing experience. The front desk staff were dismissive and rude, offering no basic information, not even the breakfast hours. When we got to the room, the bathroom towels were on the shower floor, which felt unsanitary.
The room smelled strongly of old cigar smoke and dirty laundry, and the curtains were visibly dirty. Even worse, the phone didn’t work, so there was no way to contact reception for help. The noise at night was terrible, you can hear trains constantly, making it almost impossible to sleep.
This was not what I expected from a Radisson property. I would not stay here again and can’t recommend it to others.
