The room was disgusting- it had used soap, the staff did not prepare the the room appropriately, the room had mold and everything looked like it was used and not changed.

Todo muy bien, quizá hay algunas cosas que podrían mejorar, ya que tiene algunos aspectos un poco descuidados. Pero en general bien, solo un detalle en la recepción nos habían dicho que nos podían prestar los juegos de mesa que tienen como el dominó y cuando lo solicitamos nos dijeron que costaba 200 pesos la renta, para que tengan más cuidado con la información de una persona a otra. Fueron amables solo fue ese el detalle.

No tiene restaurante, hace falta más limpieza en el área de alberca (dónde están las mesas y sillas) y también en el área del asador. Las camas son muuuuy duras e incómodas. El área verde está muy bien cuidada y el agua de la alberca es calientita.

En el sanitario tenía que levantar la tapa y jalar la ranita para que saliera el agua, no se pudo pagar con tarjeta de crédito, el personal muy atento, la tv no se pudo ver
