Our rooms AC was broken but they changed us rooms right away. There are no fridges in the rooms. The pool water is super hot and you can’t take outside food or drinks at the pool. Service from staff was amazing they are super responsive

Excellent location for shopping! overall hotel was nice but some pool tiles were missing, the soundproofing between rooms was terrible. The plumbing in the shower didn’t work - shower wouldn’t turn off and the shower head dripped for 2 days. Maid didn’t give us towels one day. Staff was very nice but we didn’t spend much time in the hotel. Not sure it is a 4 star hotel.

Everything was good but we had two incidents for which I couldn’t give them 5 stars, 1) We walked into an occupied room with the key gave us, 2) On day two we found our room’s door wide open after a whole day out, nothing was missing but I did report it to the front desk. Other than that the hotel felt very family friendly, it’s not a Vidanta luxury but we would stay there again
