This property is an absolute hidden hidden jem their large balcony rooms are excellent, and the location is probably the best part of this hotel for the price. You are next to everything you need five minute walk to the mall, two minute walk to a dozen restaurants and bars.

Modern and very clean place to stay with great service. The free continental breakfast is good enough to start your day. Hotel is located on a busy road with often heavy traffic, so need to take Ubers or walk a bit to get anywhere nice.

When closing my room door I discovered that applying a small amount of pressure to the “closed and locked” door resulted in it opening easily. I informed the front desk and I was told maintenance would check it out. I returned to my room late evening only to discover nothing had been done. So much for safe and secure accommodations.

The gym needs improvement. Many of the machines do not work and the gym is packed in the mornings. Also the water filter in the gym is not working the water tastes bad. The hotel is newer and clean, great location for the price point. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The gym needs some TLC.

The hotel did not have a room for me; they said they do not honor any deals from Hotel.com or Expedia. I was left without a place to stay or sleep after flying all night. The customer service representative and the manager did not care and refused to cancel my reservations, even though they charged my account for the amount they were charging that day.
