"Room and Canteen and common room are great. The best that I impress is the hospitality of the reception and owner, Nadine and Christopher. Both of them are nice and have a serviced-minded 100%. I would recommend this hotel to the others. Even it is located in Interlaken West and we have to start our journey in interlaken East station. It is very worth to stay in this hotel. If I have a chance to come back, i will stay at this hotel again and would like to recommend to the others as well. "
