"Great view with snowcapped mountain plus great service and breakfast. It is in the middle station from Grindelwald to First where you can go trekking. We love the flower trails. Just you have to add on your budget for the cable from Grindelwald to First round trip of CHF 57 for 2 adults with Swiss Pass(children aged below 16 free if travel with parent). This saves time if time is limited for you. Option is to walk from Grindelwald to hotel and from hotel to First but it takes time."

There was no fan or iron available for clothes. The shared kitchen had an unpleasant smell. The pillows are extremely thin and uncomfortable, my son woke up with neck pain because of the pillow, and his neck has been hurting for hours.
