Sat there for a while, and then they told me ok youre room is ready. Ok great! But id have ro pay an early check in fee if i wanted to go to it, even though it was ready and my son and i were sitting there! So you have a room ready to go, but i cant go in to it without having to pay a $50 fee?? I mean wheres the customer "
