"They did not have my reservation.
Check in took about 40 minutes.
Desk personnel’s key would not work so she had to climb over her counter.
Police arrived due to someone calling 911-staff was indifferent and bothered by this.
No washcloths.
This location is NOT the Methuen Conference Center anymore. They have blue tape covering all emblems and logos that I say that. Staff said that it is a Days Inn. I would not have booked there had I known. "
