"Rooms are big and roomy however Valet parking was terrible better to avoid 2 morning in a row I called and asked them to bring my car around and bothe times they said yes however both times they didn’t go to retrieve car until I was there. Very poor service in Valet"

"One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The view of the opera house is breathtaking. The only complaint I have is the internet charge ($25/ day) which should be included in the rate for the hotel of this caliber. That said, I still highly recommend this hotel if u plan to be in sydney."

"Great location, hotel is really nice and the staff are great."

"Great service 5/5"

"Staff, kitchen reception were absolutely helpful and obliging. Nothing was a problem. Food was delicious and so fresh. Ishika was outstanding. We were delighted by her helpful and friendly service. She is such an asset to these premises."

"So close to the metro but you have to walk through the steep slope. The room is clean and staff also helpful."

"Was perfect for 6 of us on a boys weekend"

"Nice little hotel in very pleasant surroundings. Good breakfast. Spacious suite with terrace and view on Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera. No lift in the building, but there’s help with the luggage. Very satisfying, anytime again!"

"Really funky old hotel that has been transformed. Really cool vibe and clean accommodation with beautifully renovated rooms. The bar was like stepping back in time and the staff were super friendly and helpful."

"Staff were occasionally hard to understand due to the language barrier and their knowledge was average when asked questions, frequently got different responses from different staff. The parking spaces are limited and can be a tight squeeze unless you get one early. We checked in late and there were buckets and tradie tools spread throughout the carpark. The pool was unavailable. The room was quite dusty and outdated (with the exception of the bathroom which was upgraded). We had to use broken...

"Place is right across the street from train station, which is convenient. The apartment is a bit outdated and has a big musky smell but it was comfortable. The parking is a bit tight. Place offered penty of supplies for cooking or doing your washing. Overall it was nice."
