"This was a perfectly fine hotel for a quick two-night stay in the area. It was conveniently located right next to a Dunkin' Donuts, making the morning coffee run super easy. "The best thing about my room was the renovated tiny bathroom. It had nice marble and sink but the toilet seat was loose. And that was just the beginning of the poor state of things. The room was pretty clean but the door paint had been chipped and not repainted and the door handle was barely functional. I definitely used the deadbolt lock. The curtains on the window were a solid panel so you couldn't really open them. I slid them aside. Fun fact: the metal box the mattress sits on makes a cool...

"The staff were nice, but the room smelled awful. I wasn't sure what the smell was, old smoke possibly. The bed barely fit in the odd shaped room. The floor was tile and felt unclean. When I pulled back the top sheet on the bed there was dirt in the bed. There wasn't a way to plug in my phone charger near my bed as the only side table was up against a door to another room with no outlet nearby. The walls were so thin that I was kept up well past midnight from the party that was going on next...

"The man at the front desk just handed me a key. He did not say anything about the breakfast, gym or dock on the salt pond. Another guest told us about the breakfast. It was the May long weekend and neither the pool or hot tub were open. Or maybe they were open but I couldn’t understand the man cleaning the pool! The pool is not heated and hot tub was cold. "It was just perfect! I only have one complaint, I rented this particular room with a door opening outside on the porch to be able to smoke. They still wouldn't allow any smoking outside your door. Unfortunately it rained out entire stay with no where dry to smoke. I understand , but for us smokers it wasn't pleasant. But it is very clean and well maintained with a lot of nice amenities!"
