"Staff was fantastic; truly a joy to have them around. Property was good for the price, although slightly damaged due to a recent hurricane. (Hot water didn't work until the last day I was there, but it's fixed now.) Area around the villa is pretty much "other villas" - you'll need either to rent a car, take a taxi, or walk down to the gas station to catch the bus if you want to get so the local tourist attractions. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent - traditional Jamaican cuisine...

It is a place where you can have wedding reception party with friends or just a quiet spot for you and your partner. I will be going back there soon I love this place and it's not too far for the beach within walking distance and if you don't feel like walking the taxi stand is right around the corner and you can get to the beach...

El estudio es tal cual se ve en mas fotografías con cocina y frigorífico. Todo muy limpio e impecable. El agua caliente funcionaba a la perfección (que eso es un plus en la zona). "TERRIBLE experience. The security did not allow us to get onto the property without a room number. The owner of the property never picked up their phone and we called them hundreds of times. Was then stuck in a foreign country in the middle of the night trying to find a place to sleep.."

"The property was thirty minutes from the location on the map in the listing. Rather than walking on foot into Ocho Rios we had to drive 30 minutes each way! The pool and gym in front of the house were nice."

"The address listed for this property is not correct. The room had the electrical panel off, exposing the wires. The room was not cleaned at all. The amenities list was not available, the entire property is rundown and not safe, considering this is a property dedicated to families. I spoke with the owner of the property and he was extremely unprofessional."

"Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. The apartment was super comfortable and I really liked the fact that I had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!"
