"courteous staff. the guy that helped me with the in room TV really went out of his way. one morning it was pouring the snow down and 19 degrees. i was cleaning the snow/ice off my car and he appeared out of no-where with scrapers and rags-he even offered to help. i am sorry i did not ask his name or try to tip. i would like to give him tip. i am old man and my mind is fuzzy some times!"
