"Our place to stay whenever we find ourselves in Miami, Clean Rooms, nice staff, good breakfast and easily accessible"

"The first room was muggy/stuffy and damp. Furniture/Walls/Floors were all scratched and scuffed up. Dusty lamps/tabletops. Stains on curtains. Bathroom tile chip. The jetted tub had a leak and the jets didn’t work. The staff was apologetic and really tried to accommodate."

"Phones didn’t work, windows blocked off, no curtains, bath tub wouldn’t drain while I showered and the tub water would have to be on while the shower head was on too. Halls were SUPER dark. Air in shared space hasn’t been on in forever it smelled TERRIBLE, BUT the staff was super friendly. It should be noted this hotel HAS to be under renovation"

"They sent me a message indicating the pickup location. I waited two hours at that address. When I called, they told me they had changed it two days prior but hadn't informed me. I tried to ask for help within the first hour, but they didn't respond to messages. They didn't change the sheets; they were full of hair and dirty."

"The rooms were okay but the staff were incompetent. Not service oriented at all. If you are going on a short shopping, then it’s okay but other than that, I won’t recommend. "
