"The room was perfect. Staff very accommodating. Wish I stayed longer but will definitely come again"

"As of a today I noticed an extra unauthorized charge on my account. Upon contacting them and speaking with different staff members I wastold it was because of a neon stain that they claim was found in the room after I left. When I called to ask how I am getting charged for something I did not do they first told me to contact the manager. After numerous attempts and emails finally I called and the manager said the stains were not there prior too. When in all actually they were. Future guest take...

"Very close to the MIA airport and Dolphin Mall. Free shuttle offered to nearby supermarket, restaurants etc. Beautiful views. Heated pool. Quiet property. Well-maintained. Fully equipped kitchen. Really felt like a luxury home. My only challenge was the daily parking rate was a bit prohibitive, for me. Otherwise though, I absolutely loved the place. I wanna go back NOW!"

"Aisha was incredibly hospitable and warm when checked in late due to a medical emergency. She understands true personalized customer service. Promote without delay."

"The walls are not sound proof- so unless you are ok with the listening to the live band from the club across the street playing til 10pm or so - the planes taking off- hearing your neighbors speak - this is not the hotel for you. Not to mention although the AC was incredible- it was so loud when it kicked on- it made sleeping through it difficult. Parking is very tight- not many spots. It does live up to the Loft decor"

"Overall stay was good. Wish the rooms had trash bags, but overall good hotel."

"Room was nice and clean. Pool was decent and clean. Breakfast was decent. Front desk lady was rather irritating to deal with but the guy overnight was friendly and helpful and informative. They also provide airport shuttle which is HUGE! Would recommend. Only problem is theres not a whole lot to do in the area so you gotta Uber or taxi around to areas with more activities. La Birra Burger bar is within walking distance and it was fabulous!"

"The room was not clean. Floors were not swept or mopped. Dirt under bathroom counter and soap dispensers near bathroom sink and in shower were empty. You get what you pay for! :-("
