"The breakfast buffet was delicious every day we were there. It had a great variety of various foods. Just some minor things: room was clean but I had to ask for bars of soap, none were provided; no suitcase stand in the closet or anywhere we could find; no towel hooks anywhere. The worst part was that Expedia stated there was airport shuttle service between 9 AM-6 PM, but that specific arrangements could be made. The hotel would not help out for any other time except this range unfortunately. Many people fly in late and depart early, so these hours are a little less than satisfactory. "

"Terrible experience, especially for $521. There was no help with bags, no clear guidance, and the staff was rude. My room wasn’t cleaned, and there was construction on-site that was not disclosed prior to arrival—right in front of the building, making it very difficult to enter. I had to park my car myself, carry my own bags, and walk in through side entrances. I would not recommend this place."

"I stayed at this hotel for one night and overall had a positive experience. The staff was very friendly and professional during both check-in and check-out, which I truly appreciated. However, the room was extremely hot due to the split AC unit being located outside of the room, which made it difficult to stay comfortable. Aside from that issue, everything else was great."
