"Wonderful hotel! Check in was smooth & the staff were wonderful. The location is perfect, the hotel spotless & the beds are comfortable. The only issue we had was the noise level. We stayed in room 304. The guests that were staying in the room directly above us were very loud between 2am to 3am. It actually sounded like furniture was being moved around for 1 hour. Then the cleaning of that same room started at 8:50am the next morning, vacuuming included. Very loud and too early for guests staying in the room below that would like to sleep in after not sleeping well. We went home very tired. Otherwise, it would have been a 5 star experience."

"Exellent location - just 4 houses off of the beach boardwalk! Bernadette (House Mgr) was great! She was super friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. Plus, her breakfast that she prepares herself, is wonderful. Stairs are a bit steep, expecially to the third floor, but certainly very manageable. The house is 150 years old, and has so much charm. Our room had sloping floors, drafty windows, tight bathroom quarters, and thin walls....all part of the wonderful charm. Wouldn't change a thing! Use of the beach cruisers was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Such clean room and helpful staff! Only thing is that our in-room tablet was not working although they made an attempt to fix it it did not let us order things or put through a few of our requests "

"We requested a pet-friendly room which we were given. Very clean room but I would’ve liked more lighting . King-size bed was comfortable and cozy! Breakfast was yummy-especially the homemade quiches!"
