Yes, parking on site was fine. There are several restaurants in the area that are walkable although I drove because it was in the winter.

We loved our stay! Very Christmassy! The main area was beautifully decorated, Christmas carols were playing, lovely place to sit by the fire and enjoy a glass of wine. Spotlessly clean! The town is gorgeous, take a walk around the lake over the two bridges. Perfect winter weekend getaway!

This is a very lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. It is within walking to the shopping district of Spring Lake, which is quite robust. The accomodations were very nice. My only complaint is that the in-wall A/C was pretty loud.

Quiet peaceful inn

Second time we have stayed here. Our room on the third floor was very clean and quiet. The location is excellent - a few blocks from the boardwalk and the shops. Also very good restaurants in the neighboring towns.

Location was nice, staff courteous, bed very comfortable, very clean. Room was charming, though some fixtures a bit dated and the floor sagged (old building). We were disappointed that one night we had to park at the train station a block away. We selected this hotel over others in the area because it had parking, but apparently not enough. It was a pricey room so not happy to leave the car offsite. Only coffee offered, no breakfast. The bathroom was small, not surprisingly so as it was an older building. However the lighting was so dim I sat in the bedroom to do my makeup. Nespresso supplies in the room were not refreshed during the stay.

The Chateau was a super cute place to stay for a weekend getaway. It is walkable to local restaurants and shopping. The bed was really comfy, and the staff was kind and gave great recommendations about what to do in the area. We are looking forward to staying there again!
