"Nice bar and restaurant area - near to Folkestone and exit to channel tunnel so all good - local garages, Tesco’s M&S garage shop McD’ all in close Proximity. Rooms are clean and basic but with just what you need. Great to have food available on site plus the free Breakfast is perfect to set you on your way. Staff are willing to help with any needs - that are possible. Only gripe would be having to pay for car parking. So ideal place to stay if need to be near Folkestone and the Channel...

"Very clean room with plenty of tea making facilities and lots of hot water, fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. Helpful full length mirror in bedroom. Some of the communal areas look a bit tired, but staff welcoming and room was great for my needs (staying overnight in area ready for family get together). Great location for Hythe and walk along seafront short drive away."

"When we arrived, there was a mixup with the booking but they handled it really well. They gave us a room that we hadn’t booked which was fantastic. We then moved the next day into another lovely room. They bent over backwards and they couldn’t do enough for us it made my stay and my partners stay whose birthday it was on the Monday an absolutely fantastic time and may I just say thanks to Sam and the team for looking after us and making us so welcome. "The family room was lovely and well equipped for 2 adults and 2 children. A couple of niggles in that the blind was broken in the bathroom and the rubbish bins were a bit on the small side. Staff were really lovely and nothing was any trouble. Breakfast was delicious and we had 1 meal there which was great. Lovely setting next to the river. Would highly recommend"

"Third time staying here due to the positive previous experiences. The positive streak continued with a great room featuring a fantastic air-conditioning unit which kept me cool in the June heat. A wonderful workout ensued in their very well-equipped gym set up. This was followed by a powerful shower and I went to dine nearby. Had a great night's sleep before a well-cooked breakfast got my day started perfectly. Can't wait to come back."

"The view from my accommodation and also that of my family members in the two next door was way better than the picture - literally 'tree tops' - looking across the Kent countryside through mature trees. The terrace was perfect for sitting out. The rooms were modern and really lovely, air conditioned, well equipped and with a sliding Japanese style door for privacy when the kids were in bed.
