"TST area tends to have smaller rooms due to the population in the areas and its the tourist destinations. If you prefer more spacious and can find hotels with about the same price, i recommend places like North Point. Overall, the hotel provided what i needed for the night to sleep, shower, and other uses. Close to the main attractions but not directly at where everythjng is hectic. MTR is like 3-4 blocks away which was convenient"

"Booked the club level room, was directed to private check in at club floor. Got an upgrade, room was clean and nice sized. Staff was helpful and courteous at all times. Will stay again. Highly recommend"

"The room is clean and the housekeepers are really nice and professional. Front desk employees are not everyone so nice and helpful. The bell staff who helped us to get to the Uber is very helpful and professional. Overall rating is good. "

"The hotel is very old and dated, not sure if it was only our room but a lot of things didn’t work well. The cold tap in the bath didn’t turn, the hot water wasn’t v hot, wardrobe didn’t open etc. the air conditioning luckily worked well. There are good things about the Kimberley hotel, very convenient and close to shops and mtr. The hotel is well priced and I guess would’ve been more expensive if it was renovated. The rooms are bigger than other hotels we’ve stayed in Hong Kong. "
