"Kittyhawks restaurant service was poor, waited half an hour for an order to be taken, I had the burger which was well overcooked, spouse had fish & chips which was satisfactory. SHuttle bus in the morning was a bit of a lottery with luggage with passengers large golf bag holders having to be accommodated beside passenger seats but it did get us to airport in time"

"From the moment of our arrival to checkout it was perfect. The staff was friendly, welcoming and professional. The rooms were large and comfortable. There were two cozy chairs and a small, round wooden table in the corner, and a long writing desk with refrigerator and other amenities on one wall. The king size bed was super comfortable. "Chose this hotel for the free airport shuttle. Easy to sign up, easy to board, timely and efficient. Really appreciated the staff because I when I requested they hold our luggage hours before check in, they chose to find us a room that was ready that matched our reservation. Very professional and something that is so helpful to guests."

Beim Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl an kalten und warmen Speisen, aber auch hier kosten Capucchino & co extra. Für eine Nacht in der Nähe des Flughafens ok."

But the room was not clean there was wine stains on the carpet and the bed side tables looked like they hadn't been wiped in a long time.. also no WiFi did not work in our room. And the shower unit was coming away from the wall."
