"Location was perfect right in the centre of historic Hawkshead ask about car parking at the primary school. On Suite was very small, the vanity didn’t drain properly, the sensor light is a pain when you don’t want to wake-up your partner at night! A common problem with all accommodation in the Uk is that only having a Duvet on the bed to hot to use and worst no top sheet, Duvets are to hot in winter because of the heating and to hot in summer with no air conditioning and with no ventilation...

"Very comfy and clean, lovely breakfast, great location"

"Staying here was a dream come true for me. Simply magical!"

"The room facilities were a bit disappointing. The TV remote control did not respond properly, some of the letters on the buttons had worn off, and the remote itself was quite dirty, so I did not feel comfortable touching it. In addition, The bidet toilet seat was also switched off, so I could not use it on the first day. Overall, I felt that the room facilities were not properly checked before my arrival."

"The host cancelled my booking the day before I was due to book in because I use a walking stick and the room was on the middle floor. When I made the booking there was no mention on the booking page about about difficulties I may have. The reason given was not enough room on the expedia page. I was also refused a refund, which I find very disappointing as it was the host who cancelled my booking, not myself. Very disappointed allround."

"โรงแรมบรรยากาศเป็นแบบบ้านพักของเราเอง อาหารเช้าแบบฝรั่งอร่อยมีให้ครบถ้วนทุกอย่างไม่ว่าจะเป็นนมโยเกริต น้ำผลไม้ อาหารร้อนสั่งเหมือนเราอยู่บ้าน"
