"The pictures of this property are not at all representative of the truth. This hotel smells, offers nothing except ice machines, carpets are disgusting, rooms are dilapidated, furniture is falling apart and literally everything needs to be updated. The pool is under construction (or possible deconstruction) and the hot tub is broken. Not that I would get in anyway! There is no door for the bathroom so there is zero privacy. Last and important, the hotel is not wheelchair accessible as advertised. All of the doors are not wide enough to fit a standard wheelchair. It is in fact NOT wheelchair accessible. The staff was kind and helpful but the hotel is a total wreck."

"Hotel is definitely outdated and in need of renovation. Bathroom had water damage and visible dust and debris in vent. Red stains on carpet and visible dark colored stains on carpet throughout the room. Dirty/stained towels hung in bathroom. Continental breakfast what’s horrible. "

"We called before arriving to let the staff know that we were going to arrive by 10:30 pm as we were going straight to our event. The lady who answered the phone said that they were sold out and cannot warantee that we will have a room upon our arrival. We had prepaid the room. So, we had to go to the hotel and checked in so we were not going to loose the room. We travel often and that never happened to us."
