How would you feel if all you were offered for breakfast was a bagel and cold cereal? They did have coffee. There was no sign up explaining why no hot breakfast or fruit available. When I contacted a front desk person why she said that they were expecting a delivery soon ☹️. This is a plain management problem. If they ran out of food on Sunday morning why didn't they get some basic supplies from a local store right across the street for the next morning needs. Part of the fee I pay includes a breakfast provided by the hotel. This did not happen. When I asked management for an adjustment on my credit card they said no they could not do that. ☹️ I ended up going to a nearby fastfood place to get a breakfast that I had to pay for that I was not expecting. THIS IS NOT WHAT I EXPECT FROM A HILTON HOTEL.

We were very happy with our stay. We had a King suite, so there was a loveseat in the room. This was important to my spouse and I because we wake at different times. We were not expecting a curtain between the bed and seating, which made it so that the waking person would not disturb the sleeper! That was so welcome! Everything was comfortable without being overly soft. We would stay at a Home2 again.

Nice new spacious hotel Cons: shower… it feels worse especially everything else in room is in good condition. So if weak shower won’t be problem for you, this place is for you! Breakfast… in general it’s good though they need more staffs and space to serve well for the number of guests staying there

Stayed in a Queen Suite to accommodate three travelers. The room was great. We had plenty of space and appreciated all the kitchen amenities including the coffee pot in the room. The bathroom had a walk-in shower which was also appreciated, as was the big countertop. I checked out the free breakfast which is only till 9am on weekdays. Wish that had been till at least 9:30am since we were on a personal trip, not for business. Breakfast was very basic although there was a fresh waffle machine. Since we were not hungry yet, we decided to skip eating in the hotel in favor of a local restaurant, but I think you could find something in their lineup to hold you over till lunch. But don't expect too much. The hotel was quiet and parking is free. We did not use any other amenity, so I can't help there. Overall 4 stars but I could be convinced of a slightly higher rating if I restrict myself to thinking of hotels in this tier. It was a reasonable cost for the location.

Didn’t have correct room type available. Room was not available until well after 4p. Once in room there was food in the refrigerator and dirty silverware in the sink. Had to wait for clean plates at breakfast. Front desk staff very slow and kept having to run up to rooms to check status. No manager was available to talk to until two days after our stay ended. Hilton Honors reached out and asked how our stay was going and I told them the issues and they simply said sorry I hope it gets better. Very disappointing.

I'm a Hilton Honors member booked 31 days in advance upon checkin at 3pm was informed that they were over booked and I was given a lesser room. Asst Manger on duty hide in her office rather than dress the issue. Was treated as second class customer because I booked thru Expedia.
