The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was clean and nice. Location was great. We would stay again. My only issue was the way the building is set, with its entrance in a gated garage, its confusing how to enter for check in. There is nothing posted to help point you in the right direction.

The hotel was pretty clean. It was very expensive for one night, I paid $420. I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub for my kids and upon arrival the hot tub was down and under maintenance for an undetermined amount of time. I really wish this would’ve been disclosed to me prior to me paying this much for an overnight stay. I would’ve chosen a different /less expensive hotel. When we asked for extra blankets and pillows, they said that they ran out, then they said “never mind, you got lucky and there is two more left!” however, both pillows were soaking wet.

I always request my hotel rooms to be as scent free as possible, no perfume sprays, ect. When we got to our room it had a very strong dog smell, that was something I could deal with, when I went into the bathroom there was lots of black mold in the shower. I went down to front desk and the young lady was very kind and helpful, said we could move to a different room, I went to check it out but there was an overwhelming perfume smell in the new room, I told her we would just keep our original room. Breakfast was ok. Good variety. The hot tub had lots of white foam in it and when one of our friends got out he had a green film on his skin.

The room was clean and well stocked when we arrived. The pool was clean and perfect tempature. Hot tub was great the first day but was out of order the second day. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast and a wide variety from cold cereal to make yourself waffles with different additives and cheese omelets with sausage. Perfect stay.
