"Preis-Leistung stimmt hier leider garnicht!
Ausstattungsmerkmale, die ausdrücklich genannt wurden, waren im gebuchten Superior-Zimmer nicht vorhanden:
• Blick auf den Fluss
• Regendusche
• Netflix
• Wasserkocher mit Tee- und Kaffeezubehör
• Minibar
• kostenloses Mineralwasser
• Schreibtisch
Abendessen zu 15€ bestand aus Bohnen, Kürbispüree, Krautsalat und Teigfladen. Kostet auf ganz Mauritius an jeder Ecke unter 1€! Da fühlt man sich schon etwas veräppelt.
Positiv war die Freundlichkeit...

"Madame, Monsieur,
Je me permets de vous adresser la présente réclamation concernant mon séjour au sein de votre établissement The Bay Club at Anahita, du 22 mars au 6 avril.
Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde insatisfaction quant aux conditions de ce séjour, lesquelles sont manifestement non conformes à la prestation vendue et aux standards annoncés, tant sur le plan contractuel que sanitaire.
En effet, plusieurs manquements graves ont été constatés :
• Non-conformité manifeste avec les photos...

"Très belle maison spacieuse avec piscine agréable.
Proche aéroport mais sans être dérangé par le bruit.

"Fantastic, relaxing stay at Sunrise Attitude. The hotel is so comfortable and chilled, with loads of comfy seating areas, really comfortable beds, and good amenities. The pools are both lovely - the main pool doesn’t have quite enough loungers but could always find space by the Social Club pool so this wasn’t an issue. Beach access across the road is really easy and plenty of loungers there too.
The spa is lovely and had a great massage there, and the free snorkelling trip was great to do too....

"Overall the stay was pretty average, the WiFi wasn’t working
When we left early next day they didn’t pack any breakfast for us just gave us yogurt and juice and the room decor was pretty old , when we entered the washroom there was some strong smell of cleaning fluid"
