The staff couldn’t seem to be bothered. The pool was out for weeks and a busload of kids were checking in. No one was told that the pool was out prior to booking the rooms. The breakfast spread was gone by 9 although they didn’t end breakfast until 10. The hotel was full of kids who didn’t get anything. ...
