"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel.
Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique, très soigné et apaisant, idéal pour se détendre en famille. Les installations sont de grande qualité et parfaitement entretenues.
Le service a été irréprochable du début à la fin : le personnel est professionnel, attentionné et toujours disponible. Mention particulière pour l’accueil avec les enfants, qui a été particulièrement chaleureux et bienveillant. Tout est fait pour que les familles se sentent...

"A very nice accommodation in the centre of Arcachon. The room was very clean and spacious with a kitchen and lounge area. Nice towels.
Breakfast was delicious in a lovely bright Breakfast Room. Staff were friendly . We didn't know about the Roof Terrace until the end of our stay . Better communication at check-in or a full leaflet would help.
We didn't know how often to expect the cleaner as our bins got very full and we needed to buy toilet tissues. We didn't know about this so a bit more...

"Villa was good but felt are around was very quiet but lovely
Tried to go out for drink locally but places insisted upon eating food which we did not want to do so didn't bother don't like people hasling
People at Villa tip rate and the area is very nice will be back but may try somewhere where the bars are not so fussy about people drinking not wanting to eat all the time
The condition of peppery was exceptional apart from air condition which we could not stop "

"What we like: friendly team, bus stop right outside, beach within one minute
What we didn't like : No towel change for 5 days, no towel for the pool, early closing of the pool, no facility for kids, 17 euro kids dinner menu with only plain spaghetti and one slice of ham."

"The room was very clean. However, the patio was not clean. The staff when we check in was wonderful. Parking was very easy. The location was very easy to access to shops, groceries, etc. The view to the lake is beautiful . Highly recommend to this place."
