"First of all...the cabin itself is BEAUTIFUL!! Absolutely recommend getting the forest side! The mountain side is a cluster of the "motel" rooms, RVs, parked cars and the highway. The cabin at first glance was tidy. Then I noticed what looked like a partial foot print on the outer sheet. The bathroom floor was filthy as well as parts of the shower. They had a coffee pot with complimentary refilled coffee filters...however, all but 1 had been used. So there were 4 packages stacked but 3 had been...

"The unit that I got was upstairs. The sofa bed needs to be updated, you can feel the springs on your back when you lay down, the bedding seamed that it had not been changed. The kitchen only needs more pots and pans. I don't know why we needed to clean, when we paid a fee."

The poor communication of the staff and management was the main issue with the stay. "Very quiet and nice town. The place has everything you could need. Would certainly stay again if in the area."

"This was a nice quiet place in the mountains. Not far from Flagstaff and all the shopping and food. This place comfortably fot our family of 5. Would definitely book this place again!"

"Our host was amazing, she informed us of nearby tourist attractions and other activities in the area. Very accommodating with check in. Home was clean and spacious.Comfortable beds! Great showers! I would take a gate if you have small children, since it is a bi-level style home. Kids and stairs ugh. Overall, She definitely takes pride in being a great hostesses."

"The bathroom was not cleaned between guest. There were poop stains on the toilet. The fridge had the previous guests food in it and the TV didn’t work. Front desk lady blames us for rushing her because we showed up 30 min early for our check in time. She moved us to a different room that was not much better. The room temp would either be burning hot or freezing cold. No in between. You are better off staying in a hotel."
