"This hotel was absolutely brilliant right in the middle of Granada with incredibly helpful staff both on the reception and in the dining area. Nothing was too much trouble. The car park is quite difficult to find, but they did their best to help me. The pool is only a plunge pool not a swimming pool but the rooftop area is great. They just need a few more beds as once there are eight people up there there’s no space…. Exceptional loved it"

"The location is in the old part of the city directly below the Alhambra and just above the Carrera del Dora. There are multiple restaurants very close by and flamenco venues too. The hotel dates from the 15th century and has a wonderful historic atmosphere but the rooms have modern facilities. It is up steps so in a quiet situation. "Everything , it was a great stay! Shame we didn’t stay longer & use the Spa & pool as we wanted to do But looking at the beautiful sights of Granada & time for dinner filled our day. Would recommend this Ibis Hotel as good value & lovely staff"

"Beautiful hotel and attentive staff. Shower was the biggest and most beautiful I have ever seen in a hotel. The dissapointment was that my husband's shower was freezing cold. I reported this to the staff. We only stayed one night so I don't know if the problem was resolved or not."

"We booked this apartment because we wanted the option of self catering and a terrace or balcony we could have breakfast on. The advert is cleverly worded and photographed to give the impression there is a usable balcony, with a city view. There isn’t, it’s the bottom of an internal light well complete with washing machine and water dripping from the air conditioning unit of the apartment above leaving a damp drains odour.
