Mais si au moment de votre arrivée il n'y a pas de place disponible ou si le véhicule dépasse la taille maximale autorisée par le monte-voiture, nous vous proposons d'autres alternatives afin que vous puissiez garer votre véhicule et que vous puissiez choisir l'option qui correspond le mieux à vos besoins.En ce qui concerne les chambres, elles disposent toutes de la climatisation étant donné la catégorie de l'hôtel et dans ce cas, il y avait 2 chambres, toutes deux climatisées individuellement.Concernant l'odeur du tabac, informez-les qu'il est interdit de fumer dans tout l'hôtel sauf dans un espace ouvert spécialement indiqué à cet effet. Nous aurions aimé connaître votre mécontentement à l'avance afin de pouvoir le résoudre en même temps, voire proposer une autre chambre à un autre étage si nécessaire.Nous espérons avoir l'opportunité et la chance de pouvoir vous recevoir à nouveau afin d'accorder une attention particulière à vous consacrer tout le temps que vous méritez.Sincères salutations,

Ciertamente el hotel se encuentra situado en pleno centro de la ciudad, a menos de 5 minutos a pie de los principales puntos de interés. A su vez, la estación de tren y autobuses no están muy lejos. También la comunicación con el aeropuerto es bastante buena, ya que dispone de un servicio de autobuses con una parada a pocos metros del hotel.La piscina del hotel se encuentra en un lugar privilegiado del edificio, la azotea, con unas extraordinarias vistas al centro de la ciudad, no obstante sus dimensiones están condicionadas a lo legislación vigente. Esperamos que nos siguan teniendo en cuenta como colaboradores absolutos en la ciudad de Granada.Un cordial saludo!
