"Great stay at this hotel, room was clean and a good size. We had to ask for towels on arrival as only 1 was in the bathroom and the wardrobe door was jamming. Both were fixed straight away. The hot tub kept draining away so they sent a maintenance guy to fix it. It still drained away but we didn’t ..."

"Unhelpful staff on arrival as the parking was full and a long walk in 40dc heat from the public parking. Very tired rooms, broken AC that was reported but never fixed. Broken toilet seat.
